36 weeks today, before I woke up I've been having a lot of cramping, some more painful than others and I'm still experiencing cramping.
I just don't wanna go to the hospital and it turn out to be nothing.
Just in a lot of pain 😢

I wake up with severe cramping throughout the night. As I haven't lost my plug or experienced any waters breaking I put it down to round ligament pain and more intense Braxton hicks. Hopefully ur okay! But if in doubt definitely call the doctors :) best to be on the safe side x

had my consultation appointment today, they said its braxton hicks and just to keep an eye on it
