I'm having a lot of issues with my manager in work atm, he's never liked me and iv never liked him but the other week I had a major major issue with him which resulted in me taking it to personnel and us having to all have a meeting to discuss it, well since then he's obviously decided to try and get his own back and has accused me of using "inappropriate language" about him so we have to have another meeting to discuss it all tomorrow and that's when I'll also find out exactly what he's accusing me of even though I no iv done nothing wrong, but my question is with all this stress that he's causing me, it's only getting worse day by day, do I give into him and give him what he clearly wants and go on early maternity? Or do I fight my corner and let him play his childish games and just stick it out? I'm only in 3 days a week and will be getting maternity allowance instead of smp because I earn too little, honest opinions please xx
