Does anyone have a pumping schedule that they follow? I think I'm waiting too long between pumping and I'm soaking through these nursing pads.

Trying to get a breast pump through my insurance feels about impossible 😣 United health care is awful. I have a prescription for a pump, but they're seriously making me jump through hoops. My insurance will cover a non medical gender test no questions asked, but try and order a pump to feed my kid, and they act like I'm asking for $10,000!! I'm determined to get this pump for free. If not, guess we will have no choice but to buy one 😡

when pumping Do you get the same amount each pump session or does it vary? I'm exclusivity pumping and I'm having trouble telling if my supply is going up or not.

i always pump when i wake up &before; i go to bed &just; save that because im still breastfeeding exclusively until i start work. But once i start then i'll pump during my lunch break at work along with morning &night;
