(TMI)...having more discharge than usual, and it's watery like..I keep getting lower pain and it just feels like I need to pop my lower back but I cant. what's going on??

I'm not contracting I did have cramps because I had to go #2. TMI but I went and I haven't had cramps since. no belly contractions just back pain.

might be time to call your doctor, are u contracting if so start timing everything
