Nothin like BUYING a house and SELLING a house in the same day!! 😍 were downgrading big time.. From a 3 story house to a single level Ranch But we'll have 3 rooms, kids will FIANLLY have closets!! My kids don't have closets here lol and we have a master bathroom!!! Finally a toilet I can sit on without sitting in my sons pee!! Lol all the remodeling were gonna do is gonna add about 100K in value by the time were done with it!! A little old lady bought the house in 1963 the year it was built! Everything is still original with lights and outlets lol and nails galore!!! Just a matter of time before I get that ring 💍 (he said so himself) it's gonna happen soon after we move!!! 😆😍
