Coming from a doula and someone lightly trained in lactation:

Safe to drive=safe to nurse. This is generally speaking because for some ppl it takes a lot to get trashed. Pump and dump is not necessary unless you're hammered. If you're a heavier drinker, Anything more than 1 to 2 glasses of light alcohol like wine or beer, you should wait about 2 hours before nursing

Why would anyone say anything nehative? Ignore them. I cant wait foe my first drink. Just pump and dump if you pumped or fed before you drank.

Pump and Dump they also sell testers for the breast milk

I heard if your not drunk and you can still drive you can breastfeed
