I thought BH dont hurt.?! These shits hurt.. Making it hard to breathe as well

I have BH too I been having those off and on throughout the day for the past week almost and I'm 16 weeks . They're mild for me only becomes uncomfortable when they don't let up because I get sore to touch . Doctor says she don't think Im drinking enough water . But idk how much I'm suppose to be drinking all I drink is water and gatorades . I don't be doing anything when they start up .

@kbou yea i wish they would go away.. Long as my baby stays active.. Im trying not to worry too much.. They definitely hurt tho but no pressure

@shellbell0391 i am.. This happened last night too around the same time.. Im bout to eat.. Take a warm bath && drink as much water as possible then lay down..

Drink lots of water. My midwife told me to drink water if that happens cause it could be brought on by dehydration
