My due date is Tomorrow and I've been having extremely painful back like cramps since Thursday. I got checked yesterday but I was only 1 1/2 cm and 75% effaced. My nurse said I was in early labor. I'm a FTM so could anyone tell me what's going on?

Girl brace yourself if you have back labor like I did !! All of my contractions were in my back. It lasted me five days and I had her on the sixth day. All worth it obviously, but it was horrible pain... Hot showers, and use a heating pad while someone presses hard into your back, and Tylenol PM
