ladies I'm having a hard time buying newborn stuff for my son. I'm afraid he won't fit them :( how much sleepers and onesies realistically should you have for size newborn. I'm Due January 5 if that makes a difference on what I should get

I bought sizes 0-12 enough to last 3 to 6 months

even if you buy them bigger it'll be okay because they'll grow into them fast, they go through newborns very quick

I skip newborn completely. I recommend no more than about a dozen nb onesies. Unless you are expecting a tiny baby. Otherwise if you buy them, don't open them until you see how big your baby is. I stopped buying nb after my second born came out at 9lbs

I had about 10 onsies and 10 sleepers. My daughter was 8lbs when she was born and she was in newborn for 2 months

I have 2 nb onesies so far and 2 sleepers and 2 0-6 month sleep dress things. I'm only 19 weeks I guess I'm just getting nervous and being a first time mom lol I do have more 0-3 stuff

I only had maybe 5 newborn outfits an I regret that because Tinley was a whole lot smaller than they expected so I had to buy clothes on the way home from the hospital. I'd at least get enough for the first 2-3 months.

it's hard to figure it out lol. only person I know who recently had a baby was my sister and she gave birth at 27 weeks to my niece so I have no idea

my son was 7 lbs 8 oz at birth and had to wear premie clothes for a whole week. he just got out of newborn clothes and he's 2 months old

It really just depends how big the baby is. Buy enough but not too much. My son was born 7 lbs and fit newborn everything for two months. I had to buy more

We never fit in newborn size. I would stick with what you have for now. As you get closer the your due date they'll let you know how big your baby is and you can always get more if you need it. My son was born 9lbs 13oz. He started wearing 6 month size at 2 months and he's close to wearing 9 month size at 15 weeks. He's already 18lbs.

My first wore nb sizes for 5 weeks, and he was 8 lb 2 oz lol. I would maybe only buy 1-2 more nb one onesies, then focus on 0-3 month sizes. My youngest got into 6 month sizes at 6 weeks old, but even that hulk child fit nb sizes for 10 days lol!
