How often should I drink the mothers milk tea for it to do anything?

my lactation consultant said it's not worth it unless you drink a ton of it

I drink a cup before bed and wake up huge lol

Even before I started fenugreek. I usually drink the tea with fenugreek when I want an extra boost. Not an everyday drink lol
