I just love waking up to people stealing out of my purse so they can get high..... Ugh. At least my little girl wants to be held. The best part of my morning is being up with her.

technically you can have the police remove him from your house then because its not his property and they can make him give you the key
@breezy1993, If i could I would kick him out. Hes not even on the lease for this exact reason. But my apartments let him have a key anyways because they really dont care.
I've personally been an addict myself. and been surrounded by it. your not doing yourself or your baby any favors by allowing his behavior to continue
how would he put you in jail if he's getting high? I would make sure to hide my money or better yet kick him out. just cause you not divorced doesn't mean he has to live with you. my brother was a heroine addict (passed away from an overdose last September) the worst thing you can do is support them in whatever addiction they have. It probably doesn't feel very peaceful to you and I'm sure you could use that money. babies can sense when things aren't right anyway and him being high may be a danger to your child. idk I wish you the best girl but don't put yourself on the back burner and don't let him intimidate you if you know your doing what your supposed to as a mom calling CP's or the police does not matter
I want things peaceful around my daughter, plus he loves to threaten to put me in jail or call cps. Im just going to have to keep saving for the divorce and taking care of my daughter. @breezy1993
and you could call your management and also let them know you do not want him around
