Really just need my milk supply to increase!!! Baby girl will not latch to the breast so I'm pumping and feeding, but I'm not getting enough and having to supplement with formula.. Guess it's a pumping day since daddy is off and maybe a couple power hours today to try to get things rolling!
Trying to get a breast pump through my insurance feels about impossible 😣 United health care is awful. I have a prescription for a pump, but they're seriously making me jump through hoops. My insurance will cover a non medical gender test no questions asked, but try and order a pump to feed my kid, and they act like I'm asking for $10,000!! I'm determined to get this pump for free. If not, guess we will have no choice but to buy one 😡
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

It's gonna get better! Try the tea n keep ur stress level down if u can. 1 ounce is all she needs right now since she's so little

We still try multiple times a day @anthonysmommie072816 it's not that I have given up, but I want to be able to pump enough that I don't have to supplement until she does get it down pat. And yes @arivera64 I've seen that chart and I'm planning a trip to the store later today to try some lactation recipes

She's only a week u gotta keep trying with her if u wanna stick with breastfeeding it's something she has to get use to doing. First couple weeks are hard. But try that tea n see what it does for ur supply. I already have an over supply since I got my milk but the things u eat n stress can affect ur supply to

Use this chart to help guide you. Increase your water intake. Eat lots of oatmeal. Try fenugreek, flax seeds, and lots of leafy green veggies

I don't get WIC. And I've seen LC already. She just refuses to latch. I will probably go by again Monday after her doctors appointment though @anthonysmommie072816 and first pump this morning I got an ounce, but every pump after that I get between a quarter to half an ounce @arivera64

Try this and if u get wic call them they have a LC or whatever hospital u delivered at they should have a LC center where u could call or go in and they will help u with her latching. But this tea should help with ur supply
