right so I've had the off bit of cramp through the night but since I've got up around 5 I've had bad pains in the bottom of my back around every 5 minutes that knock me sick and make me tense up. It only lasts a few seconds though.
Anyone know what it is?

ny friends labour started the same. back pain then her waters went. x

Sounds like contractions have started! Keep count of them :) stay at home as long as you can and when it's too much, ring triage!
