wait it out like I did. it hurt so bad I would cry then after about 3 weeks it finally stopped hurting. just stick with it ☺

but there's nothing I can do. oh in going to stick to it but I wasn't to know can I find relief@goodbyelullabye

You could also try some of those gel nursing pads. you can put them in the refrigerator and the feel wonderful on sore nipples. I got some at Wal-Mart @cjones
