important QUESTION did anyone else feel like their spine / back was fucked up after birth cuz of the epidural? did it go away ?
@sophia8937, crazy. I wasn't sore until I was discharged and it wasn't that bad. I took motrin in the hospital my first night there then didn't even need that. Well I hope you feel better, girl!
@kimberkatherine moving hurts so idk about stretching 😨 i havent tried heat or ice . theyve been giving me motrin and lortabs in the hospital they help a little
@ilovemykids24 @michelle2220 its crazy how they make u round ur back with a needle in there while pushing
Mine was a bit sore about 2-3 days after birth but it went away. Walking helps a lot
yes u will get to where u can function normal and do anything u want but it will still hurt ever now and again if u don't take care of ur self. make sure to take it real easy these first few weeks and I believe it won't bother u as bad. I believe I have more issues because I didn't follow doctor orders and went right.bak to lifting and heavy cleaning.
I still have issues to this day and it's been 3 years that's why I went natural with my daughter and will be again
@momof5lovebugs @ilovemykids24 @michelle2220 but it did improve afterwards to where you could do normal things right?
Yes, I had a cesarean so I had the spinal block pretty much same thing as epidural if I walked to much the pain became unbearable so I had to sit. But after a week I got better it doesn't bother me
I would have off and on pain out go nowhere weeks after. It'll sneak up on you. But everyone is diff.
I couldn't walk for two weeks after it. I'll probably always have back problems bc of it
I have delivered 4babes with 5 epidurals and my back always seems to hurt me in the same spot I got my epidurals
@sophia8937, Thank you.! It definitely took some dedication.. It hurts for sure.! Lol
