Is there any other tea drinking moms on here? I usually drink a cup of tea right before bed and would like to try some new ones that are budget friendly. My sister suggested Teavana but I told her that's too expensive for me right now.
😄 omg why haven't I thought of that? such a simple solution! and so many possibilities, lavender, dandelion and ginger too! Thank you. Did you know that if you boil a whole banana, peel and all it makes one of the best bed time teas? make sure to use an organic banana and you can even eat it after. it's great for when you're tired and sore from exercise and such. 😉
@maybaby2016, I bought a chamomile plant and when it has the little flowers I just cut of a few stems and tie them on the ends and let them dry in the sun a few days then I just wrap them in a coffee filter and bam chamomile tea! you can also put it in a diffuser I use the filters because they are disposable. You can also do it with mint too.
that's such an awesome idea to grow your own tea. how do you go about making it? do you you dry the leaves first?
yeah I was totally bummed and freaked out when I read this because I have been drinking yogi and a couple of other brands pretty much daily and I breastfeed my baby! it's horrible and this is not the only article on it, you can find several others if you just Google the topic.
@maybaby2016, OMG thank you so much. Looks like that box and is going in the trash. I guess I'll just stick to my chamomile teas since I grow it at home.
that's one of the teas listed. I will get you the article. you see, it's unsafe because the cheaper brands of tea use fully grown tea leaves that have absorbed most of the fluoride during the process of repelling insects. it can be in your natural and organic tea. there are loop holes in the labeling..let me get you that article....
@guaderrama_babies2, yup, tastes like cinnamon it's the best!
@rachayrn, that sounds like an interesting combo. I'm guessing it tastes like cinnamon?
Try DavidsTea.com. Its a little on the expensive side but its all organic, fair trade, looseleaf tea. I absolutely can not get enough of all the flavors and varieties.
I have boxes in my pantry and it's killing me lol
I've read that cheap tea bags contain dangerous levels of fluoride in them so I haven't drank any sense 😢 they're saying to buy loose leaf tea instead and I can't find any
@maybaby2016, me too! I always keep fully stocked lol

My fridge picture... needless to say my husband drinks a lot of soda and I drink a lot of tea ?
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
If I start drinking the raspberry tea how many times a day do I drink it and does it really help.
So I drink a few cups of rasberry tea (usually hate tea) and I am in so much PAIN! Already 3.5 cm do you guys think it did anything?💁
"Don't drink sweet tea! Your child will come out extremely hyper"
"Your child will have ADHD if you drink sweet tea"
OKAY BUT LIKE there are worse things I could drink. I drink tea maybe once a week. If my child is hyper, cool. I'll love him no matter what!! It's not going to harm my baby. Shut the fuck up. -____-
@maybaby2016, wow I didn't know that! that sounds delicious.
