I did it, and as long as you can still tell when they're hungry it's no big deal. My son does fine with both

I did it, wasn't ever an issue. Still isn't and he's 6 months old.

@brebre_83, it never worked. today I just took a good bowel..TMI but in other words I didn't struggle . so I think he was blocking something....

I always let my LO comfort nurse. she has always refused a pacifier anyway though.
