Did anyone use a belly wrap after having a c section?

I'm using the bellafit it's pricy but I'm a bikini competitor and a few of my fitness gurus swear by it

I was given one by one of my nurses at the hospital.

I did and it helped with the pain a lot. I recommend it. especially in the car or when you're walking around.
