Yes! Yoga ball helps, as well as walking. Try and be as relaxed as you can be too.. Massages, sex.. It's all about you right now mama and getting what's best for that baby!
That's what I've been doing the past 2 days, depending on how painful the contractions I've been switching from walking to the yoga ball. But usually I'm sitting on my yoga ball bouncing bc it really helps with the cramps. I'm so ready!!!!!!
