Weeks.. Months.. Years, even the rest of your life. I had my babies 8 months ago and I'm still in constant pain. My sil had her eldest child 22 years ago and her back pain due to giving birth still happens.

im not trying to be negative but some people tell me they still have pains years down the line it depends how your body reacts to it!
