Is it safe to take cough drops? I have the worse sore throat and stuffy nose and hoping I can find something to get me through the day! I'm 16 weeks. What cough drops have you ladies been using?

I don't use cough drops but if you mix hunny with lemon and water it works sooo well and soothes your throat really well
