can someone describe to me what back labor feels like? I've had cramping in my vagina and a throbbing pain shooting from my tailbone up my back.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

I'm scared. I was cleaning the litter box and I fell backwards and pulled my back and twisted my knee. my back hurts bad and I'm 3 months pregnant. should I go to the hospital?
