I drank probably a gallon yesterday, fiber bars everything as if being this pregnant in August doesn't suck enough, now I'm so uncomfortable I just want to scream n cry:(

Colace works wonders for me. And drink lots of water! I know it's super frustrating :( Hope you are feeling better soon!
