I work in a big nursing home! with many different departments.. I noticed my wallet was gone when I was leaving for home ! So it could've been morning or evening shift.... only other thing was someone else got their purse stolen too tht night! I can't believe it!! So I'm thinking it was evening shift person tht had gotten there early before their shift took mine n then went back n took the other girls wallet too!! I'm super pissed cause I still can't think who would literally smile n my face bt then take something frm me! I feel violated and naive to think I could trust ppl!!! lesson learned!

Omg that's awful! Years back I was working at pier one and we were setting up for Christmas so everyone was there late into the night... We were paired off for each task and my partner, who was brand new to the company, always gave me sketchy vibes. After a break, I stashed my purse into my locker. I didn't have a lock on it because that was just not something anyone had to worry about there. Right after my break it was my partners turn to take a break. When she returned, I had a weird feeling about her being in the break room alone so I went into my locker, that was inside the break room, and checked my wallet... Yup, about 80$ was missing!! I couldn't believe my intuitions were so on point!!! I told the store manager what happened. she let me stop what everyone was doing to bring it up and I directly called my partner out on it. I said "I know you went through my wallet and stole my money and you're a disgusting person for it." She denied it, obviously, and said I could go through all of her stuff to check... Blah blah blah and I said "I would probably have no luck finding it in your purse because in sure you stuffed it into your uggs!!" Omg I was so pissed and felt so violated. Your situation is worse because you have your ID and I'm sure bank cards and all those other important things in there. All I know is Karmas a Bitch and they have theirs coming! Anyways... That girl never returned to work which showed how guilty she was and probable was added out of a job for a while so I hope that 80$ lasted her a while. This was like mid recession so jobs were very hard to come by! I don't know why I felt the need to tell you this story... I guess just to know that their karma is coming and if you have an idea who might have taken it, confront their lame ass!
