Contractions are every 11-13 minutes lasting about a minute. I almost feel like I can't breathe because they're so intense 😢 what do I do?

ya I would if they check you and say you haven't made much progress try walking around the hospital until the contractions get so intense you can barely stand and then tell them to check you again and it should be baby time
Hopefully my water breaks because I feel as if I can't handle them. I called labor and delivery, the nurse told me to wait until they're 5 minutes apart but they're so painful that I just rock from side to side. I feel as though they're unbearable
Mine were kinda like that but not as bad the day before my water broke. They told me if you can't breathe through them to go in
Yes you should go! But I wouldn't tell them how far apart they are id say a few mins apart to make them monitor you. Bc sometimes if you say a number they just send you home bc they think heir to far apart didn't happen to me but a friend of mine
