I take Unisom. how often did you take it @allie3340 ? I can't sleep ever if I don't take it but I'm afraid to take it every night lol so when I don't I'm up all hours of the night, like tonight lol

@katietay34, no scientific evidence that chamomile tea induces labour...it's a relaxant.

I take Benadryl and it works wonders! Just make sure after you take it you lay down and keep your eyes closed lol. If I stay awake (and scroll through Mom Life lol) I could still stay awake but if I lay there and close my eyes, I'm out! And even if I wake up to potty I usually can do right back to sleep.

i took it every single night. from the time I was like 15 weeks pregnant. i even asked my doctor about it and he said it was perfectly fine@kdchaos
