Please get the ok from your ob....they need to examine you and determine if you are healed and ok to have sex and exercise.

You're still extremely fertile, so I wouldn't recommend unprotected sex. Even protected, csections take longer to heal than vaginal births, and vaginal births it is recommended to wait six weeks. Csections are eight weeks typically.

your technically not supposed to however I did and my ob knows and she didn't tell me to stop

unless your dr have you the ok you should wait until your post 6 week appointment...you're still healing.
