so i am starting to get very depressed.. I still have no signs of labor. I'm not dialated at all.. And my due date is Monday😣 my fiance was able to get maternity leave for work and it starts on Tuesday.
I have a dr appointment on monday and my dr told me that if I'm dialated more than a 1 she will induce me that week. But if im not she is going to wait until my 41 weeks. & my fiance has to go back to work that day... So if I'm not dialated any or baby doesn't just come naturally my fiance won't be there... I'm starting to get really sad and depressed about this whole thing... idk what to do

@cassity, well I didn't wanna sound mean or anything. Sorry that he hates it maybe he can find something better later. If everyone one stand up and take strike to those big companies they wouldn't be able to treat people so unfair but sadly I have heard the locations the factories r n make it hard to wk else where bc ur choices are so limited. Hopefully the info can get u started on the right path to doing something about the issue

In Texas the law is one year and 1,250 hours to get FMLA but you need to research ur state. That really sounds like crap if u ask me. Basically they r just putting it on his PTO so that is not the same as FMLA I would fight it being that Tyson is a large corporation and no disrespect to u bc ur husband works there but they are also a crap company with bad farming practices. So sorry u have to put up with that

@txyogagirl he has worked there for a year. And every year you get one week off. So they told him he can use it as a maternity leave.. I just hope baby will come before then
@cassity, he for sure has rights then let me browse around online to see if I can help. It's very sad the working condition they are put threw I am so against commercial farming noting trying to rant on or anything but food is so important to me and I have studied about the conditions of the animals and worker it's all very sad. Has he been and employee there for long time

@cassity, I'm not sure what state your in but it's the law they can't fire him bc FMLA. He should contact someone higher in authority. Of course FMLA don't pay u but it does protect ur job and the entire state of TX is 12 weeks meaning regardless of vacation sick time pto the state law overrides all that to protect him I would look it unlike and present ur issue to the main person in charge. Does he work for a small company
@mommyof3handsomeboys yes this is my first . only thing is his vacation starts on tuesday and if I am not dialated any she won't induce me until my 41 weeks. which is the same day he goes back to work. he wont be able to miss that day or leave or anything. So i ether need to go into labor before he goes back to work or pray that I am dialated on my appointment monday
He may have to just leave work when you go into labor...

@txyogagirl no he can't. his boss is such an ass hole. he wasn't even going to give him leave but he did on my due date.. that's all he would do for him. him and his boss has alot of problems
Also becareful with castro oil. It could causw baby too poop in womb ans swallow it.

He can't move it? His work should be able to adjust it.
Can't he change the dates both my husband and I were told if baby don't come on the day our leaves start we can change with one phone call. His is Cigna and mine is Liberty mutual I think most all of them work the same. With Cigna u can even change the type of leave such as care for spouse, or care for newborn @cassity
Castor Oil! I was desperate at 40w 2d, so I read up on it. You can make a milkshake with 1/4 castor oil, 1/4 cup milk & 1 1/2 cup of ice cream. It will give you diarrhea, but nothing extreme & it'll end before your contractions begin. I drank the milkshake at 11pm, started mild contractions around 2:30am, was in real labor by 4:30am & had my baby at 7:36am 👍 ссылка Read the comments on this website, the milkshake works for A LOT of people 😘

My poor Wyatt is still sick its been a month now and the Dr still has yet to get to the bottom of it back to the drs tomorrow cause his rash is spreading. Switching his Dr Monday after I change his PCP to the new Dr Monday hoping this new Dr can get to the bottom of my son sickness #hestoocutetobethissickthislong #hisdrisdumb
Okay, mommas I need to vent to someone please..
So my fiance goes to his Co workers house (female) at 1:30pm to leave for work, they work about 55 mins from home.. she doesn't have to be there till 3pm.. and he doesn't have to start till 4pm... they usually get off at 1:30am. Now they moved it to 2:00am.. (what he says.) He doesn't get home till 4:00am.... am I wrong for wondering why it takes so long for him to get home??? I want to mention something but I know he will get real defensive about...
