As of today when I was checked I was 50% and 1cm dilated.

I've heard walking, sex, and water helps... I've increased my water intake, I started walking around the neighborhood at night (except last night because I was hurting) but, I'll have to try sex! lol @february2016

I just hope I'm one of these woman who don't stay at a certain cm forever. I'm hoping when I go back next week I'll be at a 4 or 5 and they wanna keep me. I do want an epidural though. So not so far that I can't have it. and Dang, see I've been hurting since last night, the top of my stomach, back, and feels like period cramps on the lower part of my stomach. and seems like a quick progress for you. @february2016

I was at a 2 forever. it sucked but the contractions didn't say they just kept coming and going when ever since I was 30weeks til I had her but it went very quick once I just constantly contracted lol. I was at a 6cm when went to the hospital but it went very fast after we went in. Was there only 2 or 3 hours til I gave birth
