Like val said you need to breathe in when u feel a contraction coming and out when it's passing, have your hubby rub your back down by the spine that will help tons and if you can get up next to the bed do that too. That's what I did, and it helped tons! Knowing how to breathe is the major key tho!
I'm not feeling mine at all right now at 4cm. @valrocks 😬
I was at 5cm and I didn't think they were that bad but I knew it was only going to get worse from there. I was doing a good job of breathing thru them. That's what I was told. Lol.
That's great! I pray it doesn't hurt to bad. But I just tell myself, if I can't handle a prick from a needle I can't handle child birth lol. Were you having painful contractions before you got it in?
Oh wow. That nurse needs to be fired. 😳😡 glad you went back in!! And oh boy lol
the nurse last night broke my water & its been leaking all day so i went to doctor to get it confirmed and sure enough im 5cm & my water was broken. It did hurt i cried but now i feel great Lol @klove2016
So you went back?! Glad you did Hun! I was surprised they sent you home. Did the epidural hurt getting put in?
^ like they said, just breath baby. Contractions hurt but if you breath and have your man rub your back and try to get up and walk around or bounce on the birth ball, it helps. I should have tried to get up more to help
