No I get it completely. But honestly if you would have waited it might not have changed. And yes he should be so happy there not many women that hold it down like you did. And he should give you credit. And I would think being away he would want to spend as much time with her a possible. And he should be proud of you guys. And the crazy thing is you can't fix something if someone isn't willing listen and try to fix it! I hope he comes around soon. @breloya and I understand your just putting your daughter first Bc it's not abt you any more.
I wish I had of waited. I never wanted to be divorced. That's why I've been sticking through all of the bad stuff. But if you aren't going to treat me and your daughter right, I'm out. Can't just try and be present in the good times. He already missed the hard parts. He should be proud of the little lady she's become while he was away. Proud of her and proud of me for doing it all alone. I'm more sorry for him if he doesn't see, truly see how awesome he has it. You know how many women cheat and do so many horrible things while their husband is deployed ? Yet, he had one who 100% stayed faithful and honest to him, who took care of his child, raised em, took care of the bills and all that stuff. Like its my job as a mom to do that, but still. It will be his loss if he keeps on.
Exactly that's why when we found out we were pregnant. And we wanted to get married he kept asking like let's do it. Let's no wait. I said no I wanna wait to see how you are as a dad. Bc men change sometimes when they have babies and I didn't wanna marry him if he did. I know it's not the same as you. You guys were married before her. But that's so sad Bc how could you not be interested in her Bc she is the cutest thing. And he missed the sleepless nights. And she can say dada and walk and play.. Like I don't get it. Uninterested. I've been depressed to the point I had to see a psychologist and therapist, so I know the signs of depression. He just isn't interested in is. Exactly!! It's not a cakewalk like many men expect. It's not all fun and games.

He sits on his phone when he's home, lays around, or just drinks. And she wasn't planned. And he acted like he missed us a whole lot. Like I missed him. I counted down the days and all I ever talked about was when he was coming back. If he wants to act an ass or like he doesn't want anything to do with us, I will gladly go elsewhere. Shit, Payton will be loved and taken care of regardless. I try to involve him in everything as is.

He never wants to talk about anything. He just brushes everything off, says nu uh, or laughs if I'm upset. He doesn't act like he wants to be married anymore. He was gone for 8 months and now he's a different person. Some men realize just how much they missed the single life when they're away.
