What's the difference between ppd and baby blues

I agree, it's normal. Now if it's ongoing, then it's PPD. The baby blues last maybe a week or two. I had people trying to tell me that I had the blues, when in reality, I had actually had ppd that I was struggling with very badly. My doctor diagnosed me.
