My son is 7 weeks old preemie baby delivered via C-section. He sounds super congested but when I suction it out nothing comes out. What can I do to help him. He sounds horrible like he is miserable. I have tried saline drops and a warm humidifier. Please help me and my baby boy!!!

You have to stick it into the nostril just a bit even though it says not to, twirl in the nostril in circular motion and suck out on the other end. Try again I was confused at first too but it works wonders!
@vivalakats, I just brought the nose Friday yesterday. But it's now working for me. Maybe I'm not doing to right
What are u using to suction? My baby was super congested also and I was told by the pediatrician n nurses at the hospital to buy nosefrida to suction and that helped him tons.
Even awake maybe the inside of his nose is swollen
@fifimama, I can't hold him while he sleep. I do hold him like that when he awake. @kannonsmommy it sounds horrible. And it's worse at night. I turned the hot water in shower on last night with some Dr.Teal relax and rest oil. Steamed the bathroom up and sat in there with him. Opened him up and he slept better. Still congested but he sounded better.
Kannon is the same way. The doctor says he's still maturing
When u hold him hold him in a straight up position like head up on ur chest it helps
