Mommies help me. I'm trying to build my milk supply again. It's been about 4 weeks since I've pump or fed off the boob. I can hand suppress a little milk but I need to produce more. The formula isn't working for my baby no more. I give him breast milk I have frozen every now and then to clean his system. PLEASE HELP. I'm trying to pump again but I'm not getting anywhere. I'm also taking milk thistle tablets.

skin to skin, feed on demand, get the herbal pill fenugreek from walmart, drink mothers milk tea, eat oatmeal, and constantly feed off of boobs instead of formula.

you need to stop the formula and feed as much on demand on the boob. mothers milk tea works for me andgatorade. do skin to skin and look up power pumping

help. clogged duct no milk I've done warm compress and massage. Not helping. I am at work so I can't nurse all day. And pumping is not helping just making my nipple more swollen. This is miserable. HELP!! last time I breast fed was when my baby was about 2 months old and my milk supply is basically almost gone now. I didn't pump or hand express ever since and all I get is a very very low amount of milk that comes out. when I try to hand express not even a single drop comes out. the milk is barely even there! Ladies, I need help. I have a Medela freestyle and I'm trying to pump milk for one of the first times. My breasts are huge and hard. I've been using hot compresses on my breasts and really massaging. I'd really like to pump and let him have breast milk. Please help me. The pump only pulls out a little at a time, in the meantime my breasts fill up more. My nipples are bleeding from poor latch because my son has had to drink formula because he was getting a little jaundice waiting for my milk to come in. I'm sitting here in tears. Any advice u can give is really appreciated.
