During a contraction does you entire belly get hard or just the top half?

my entire belly got hard.

my entire belly got hard and I had back pain along with it

My belly got really hard except like underneath it was still squishy. Very low. Not sure if baby was doing something or it was a contraction! lol. @babizehm16 @mommy2three_boys

When your belly gets hard its a braxton hick contractions ☺️

Ok few @jgarciamua when i was having my actual ones last night I didn't even notice it was a contraction I thought I jist got alot of pressure on my pelvic bone felt like I really really had to pee for a min or two and then it went awak

Yea look up braxton hicks. Theyre different then the real ones @mommyof2016

In my pregnancy book it says the top half gets hard

But Braxton hicks don't hurt and contractions do

Obviously 🙈

ive been in the hospital for the last 19 hrs for early labor contractions and mine are all at belly botton and bellow.
