Has anyone stopped breast feeding after a month? If so what was the reason?

@shelyndra, i started supplementing but he preferred the bottle of formula cause he could get it faster and easier so he quit latching. im wanting to try getting my supply back so i did research and i found this lactation aid. its very helpful if youre still wanting to breast feed.

Yeah its something about the right side lol my son doesn't really like my right boob. @roche.mommy6435 is that when you switched him to formula?

@shelyndra, i had issues with my first child too but i was told that all the things i was doing to try to help was actually causing me to lose alot of my milk. i was pumping more than i was breastfeeding because my son wouldnt wake up to eat. i was using a nipple shield. his feedings would get interrupted or hed fall sleep and my right side never really took.

@roche.mommy6435, Were you not producing enough milk?

@shelyndra, he was losing weight. crying all the time. it got to where he wouldnt latch so i gave him a bottle and he was happy.

my fatty boy wasnt getting enough milk. -.- lol.
