I am extremely ticked off right now so I work at a daycare and my baby goes there well i went to the baby room to go to the bathroom and my child was crying in a jumper and so I was like you might want to get her out and i go back to work well I go back in there later and she's still crying in the same bouncer while the teachers are on their phone so I go and get her out of the bouncer and put her in the swing and she goes right to sleep I'm so annoyed like I get theres other baby's in there and you can't always pay attention to mine but in this instance all the baby's were happy except mine and they were just on their phones on Facebook ugh if I didn't get half off daycare here I would probably switch daycares

My daughter is fine with only 2 of the workers. She absolutely refuses the others and will scream bloody murder for hours if she's with them. The one, she works in the duck room, is pretty aggressive with some of the kids...don't trust her one bit but state does nothing because "she's pregnant...it's hormones." I've had some plain ignore mine and one other child to do the same thing, too. Phones, calls, music, or to read. Their excuse? Nothing calms them so they can cry it out. Tf? One has a beyond dirty diaper and rash and the other hasn't eaten yet. Simple fix. Some daycare providers and assistants tick me off. I work at a daycare...my last day is Friday

it's frustrating I'm a very understanding parent if all the others baby's are crying and you need to let my kid cry while you're with the others then okay I won't care but all the baby's were happy and playing except mine but they left her there to cry for Facebook my kid isn't a hard kid feed her change her talk to her a little she's fine you could lay her on the floor and she's happy but I put her in the swing and she was instantly out that'd literally all it took @s_r_z_15
