My little boy will be 3 months this Saturday and had a temp of 99.5 underarm should I be worried? Do I need to do anything or just wait?

Give him Tylenol and just keep an eye on his temperature. If it hits 102.2 then its consider a fever. Me and my husband just delt with the same thing and we called the hospital thats what they told us to do.
