Someone just came and turned our power off...We paid it 3 days before it was due. Wtf. They drove off when we were coming outside to show them the proof of payment too! WTF

Yes they did. Within two hours even. They even gave us 100 bucks of credit to use if we ever need to within a three month period. Still not super happy but, at least they fixed it! @mrscruz0530

We are gonna go to the main office tomorrow and speak to someone cuz theyve had us on hold to talk to their supervisor for almost 20 minutes now....@mrscruz0530,

You should go down there and speak the the head person face to face if they don't do it over the phone I would make a huge deal or of it who are they to say stay with someone else or use the neighbors fridge ?? Have him keep calling back until he speaks to someone who will get it on asap. It's hard to say at a time like this but try not to stress they're in the wrong

Were at that point. Even if we get it turned back on today were still gonna speak to the person in charge about all of this. We paid the bill and they got the payment they shouldnt be bullshitting us like this.

My fiance told them that they shut off the power on a high risk pregnant woman with Gestational diabetes. My insulin shots need to be kept cold so we need the power on ASAP. And he told her that. The lady didnt seem to care and told me to ask a neighbor to use their fridge or stay at someone elses house till its turned on. Were definitely fighting the fees and il be damned if we dont at least get an extension on our next bill. @mrscruz0530

Oh hell no...! They would be waving that fee plus a credit. Don't settle for that. This is 100% their mistake.

Tell them that you have a newborn baby in the house (even if it's not true) and that you absolutely need it on it was their mistake so it needs to be fixed asap! It was their mistake they are ridiculous for expecting you guys to pay to get it on demand to talk to the highest supervisor that you can until they get it on

We have already called and gave them the confirmation number. They checked and it went through. But they still want to charge a reconnection fee before they turn it back on and say that it could be up to 48 hours before someone gets here. Now theyre saying they dont know why we got put on the cut off list and theres nothing they can do at the moment unless we pay the reconnection fee.

I would be calling the company for sure, if you can't from your house call from a friend's, make sure you have a confirmation number if paid online, or get with your bank and see if the check has been cashed..... make sure you have all the information you could need when you call
