Okay so does this sound like the beginning of labor? Monday i was 1 cm dialated and 70% effaced. This morning i woke up and have been having mild lower pains with occasional cramps, ive been nauseous every day since Sun., have had diarrhea (sorry) for 2 days, hot flashes all day today, and when i wipe its thicker and reddish/brown tinged.
