My 4month old is constipated. what can help with that? 😧😫💩

I had to give it to my son around 2 months because I started cereal and he would stay constipated. He never refused it and it really doesn't have a taste so he should be fine. I would try a bottle for bed and maybe one for breakfast if he hasn't pooped. It only took like 2 bottles for my son to poop

warm hand towl rolled under babies belly during tummy time along with kiro syrup or whatever else you try.

thank u. I will try anything at this point bc he kept me up all night last night. he is usually a very good baby and goes to sleep and stays asleep all night but last night he was super fussy and now I have just realized he hasn't pooped and I think it's bc I started giving him cereal

Manzanilla tea helps. Boil it and you can mix it up with 2 oz tea 2 oz water for the next feeding.
