🆘🆘 I have been having terrible cramping in my belly like the whole thing tenses up & I get this pain in my butt that feels like I have to poop but I know I don't. Can someone please tell me what this is or what it means!? It's hurts so bad

I was in labor for 11 hours at home and didn't know and they still had to break my water! I had a 36 hour labor 😣

Really? I have a doctors appointment at 11 today so I'm trying to hang on and The contractions aren't 3-5 minutes apart and I have no leaking fluid.
