because this is my first pregnancy I don't know what to expect when it comes to like tightenings and Braxton hicks.
will I know when it's happening? or not? an how does feel? what should I expect?

I didn't get any pains during pregnancy just ligament pains and heaviness down low at the end

With me, sometimes I just notice my uterus is tight, other times I get period like cramps too. As long as they aren't regular (monitor them if u think they are)- then generally it's all normal. I was under the impression they weren't meant to be painful but at times mine have been quite uncomfortable. Apparently it can get like this the closer to ur due date xx
yeah I'm the same @amberle06 for now anyway. I'm almost 30 weeks so hopefully I'll be same as you
