Destin cream or dr smiths rash cream both work really well. And if you have a blanket or towel you don't really care about getting dirty let her sit without a diaper on for a bit to "air out" since moisture makes the rash worse

Dr smiths is awesome dessitin didn't really work for my baby once I tried dr smiths it was better the next day!

You can also use corn starch. Works wonders. Trust when I say my gma has 8 kids that's all she used. Destin is the worst thing u can ever use. I used it on my 1st daughter and instead it burned her even more her poor legs was trembling and she was screaming I had to rush her into the bath and wash it off. I used corn starch and it cooled her off and healed fast.
