I'm not producing any damn milk smh .. I feel so bad 🙁

He's already 3 weeks old my milk is long gone lol! And I don't have a pump so we're just doing formula

@ajsmommy7, I did use that trick I exclusively pumped for 9m and I used the aid of my nutritionist, nurse and lactation consultant for every trick in the book for let downs and producing more ounces.by 3m in I was having 13oz per pump and over 30 bags in the freezer
