They gave me a bunch in the hospital. They're really just for your nipples and helped me out a lot! You can cut them in half, that's what they told me in the hospital as well. Keep them clean and moisturized really good and you can use them a couple of times

They're like almost $10 at Walmart and they come with 4 total. But they're reusable. They didn't work for me, but people are different
