I don't think it's right, this is my fourth baby.. I should be dilated more. I had all my others before 38 weeks and now their saying this baby Is gonna be at least 1.5lbs heavier. I am worried I won't be able push an over 8lbs baby.

She also can't even strip my membranes because I'm not dilated enough.

Mine tried saying the same thing.. But I told her I did not feel comfortable going to 41 weeks... So she's inducing me tomorrow. I haven't made any progress dilating or effacing. Plus my baby is measuring a week ahead..

I wish I could have waited... I was induced, and four days later, yes, four long painful days!!! I wound up in a c section :(
