Not sure if this is a "dumb question" but when you deliver the baby are you that many pounds lighter…

Nah you lose more than that... From blood and fluids and placenta etc

giving birth you lose like roughly 20 lbs in fluid, baby, placenta, blood.

that's all i lost 😂😂 i was 197 when i gave birth, my daughter was 7 lbs 13 oz.. I went to WIC and got weighed 3 days later... i was 190 lbs lol. I gained a lot

I lost 15 when I left the hospital then another 15 two week later at my check up. Also when you breastfeed it helps you lose more

I lost 20 lbs that first week. mostly baby fluids and placenta fin stuff. then I sweat the rest off the next 3 weeks after birth
