uncomftable pain in hips, lower back & lower belly. feels like stabbing and shooting pains. little girls movements have reduced slightly. anyone know what it could be???

Have a cold drink and something sugary, see if baby gets back to normal movements but if not then please ring the hospital and see what they suggest cc
@briony1994, @winterbaby95 ive been going in for daily monitoring but they ssy everythings been okay, dont know what to do. might just leave it tll the morning now xx
Any change in movements need to be monitored babe, ring hospital even if it's just to put your mind at ease xx

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
