I sit on the ball and roll my hips and move front to back with a slight bounce. then I also spend a little time just only bouncing the hip rolling is what is working for me. I can feel baby girl pushing down when I do that

I can't really walk for long!! I get very dizzy even by just sweeping or washing dishes. How do you use the ball??

I don't blame you I have my walks for pretty much after the sun goes down a little but. but I live in the country so lots of trees for me... how long can you go before your BP starts to act up? and the yoga ball is a good idea. trust me if you do it right you should feel your little one pushing down. @alfysmommy

Not really because I start feeling very sick with this heat!!! And my bp starts to act up if I'm active at all.
